Guidelines for keeping each other safer while gathering in-person during the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic are being updated
As the holidays quickly approach, continuing questions are arising about how to safely conduct in person gatherings. Our new toolkit aims to privde accurate, fact-checked information and up-to-date research summaries to help everyone make decisions to keep individuals safe as they gather together. This toolkit emphasizes ways we can prioritize health and well being while recognizing gathering more safely as a source of practical solidarity.
The Safer In-person Gatherings Toolkit was developed by a coalition of public health experts and grassroots organizations to help educators, parents, and communities advocate for safer, equitable schools, and separate fact from fiction about COVID-19 protections. It will continue to be updated as new science and information is available.
The PCDC Safer In-Person Gathering Toolkit is available as a slide deck presentation, which you can access by visiting SeeYouSafer.org (or by clicking the button below).
You can also download a PDF version of the Toolkit (which may be easier for you to scroll through, depending on your device).
Need the Toolkit in simplified form? Download this one page, black and white, printable version of the Safer In-Person Gathering Toolkit (which includes information for what to do before, during, and after the gathering as well as a link to the Toolkit in full).
