Against administration efforts at self-exoneration and deploying discursive, the People’s CDC just released an external review of the CDC’s actual performance. It took the People’s CDC a year to parse through the literature and–in collaboration with Marked By COVID–poll 500 people, public health practitioners and community leaders among them, to complete the review.
